In the DIY setting, "temperature" and "power" refer to two different aspects of the cooking process:

Temperature: This setting controls the actual heat level that KODY21 will reach during the cooking process. For example, setting the temperature to 180°C means that the appliance will heat up to and maintain 180°C while cooking.

Power: This setting controls how quickly the appliance reaches the desired temperature. Higher power levels mean that KODY21 will heat up faster. Essentially, the power level determines the speed of temperature increase.
